Pros
Laid-back, competent and friendly co-workers, chill atmosphere, decent pay and they take care of you when you overachieve. Very good with taking time off with family. Everyone treats everyone else with respect and will hear you out, whether you're at the top or just starting out.
I've worked places that prioritize "culture," and that usually means required team-building exercises and lame meetings. This place legitimately tries to make everyone feel good about coming to work and hanging out with everyone else.
Cons
I can't think of anything bad, really. Driving to locations can suck, but it's because you're driving to construction.
