Pros
There are some good people who work here. They seem to know how to hire talented people for the most part but they do not stay long.
Cons
- Poor executive management with little to no experience in their self-appointed title approved by the CEO - People are promoted based on their familial relationships to the family (i.e. Good friends or direct relatives) - Complete lack of professionalism (the inner circle will speak in their language in front of employees, you can hear your name and feel the negativity in the conversation but don't know what they are saying) - Lack of training and learning opportunities for professional growth - Lack of tools and systems that help you succeed - Low salaries on the payscale for your role (that is if you are not family or close friends) - Lack of perks and benefits (again, unless you are family or close friends)
