Pros
Awesome co-workers and management, very flexible scheduling; good overall learning experience and atmosphere. Do not expect to specialize; you'll start off doing simple things like busting tables/running food but progress up the chain to working the counter.
Cons
Some people do not pull their weight. Good starter job, but not a life-long job. Pay isn't too great. Understaffing used to be a serious issue but does not appear to be anymore. It can also get incredibly busy, though that's not a con on the restaurant itself -- just do not expect an easy walk in the park.
