      Pros

      The location I worked was close to my home and the salary I received was about 5% higher than my previous job.

      Cons

      The overall atmosphere of the school was very segregated. Grade levels tended to be "cliquish" and isolate themselves from one another. Gossip was rampant. Teachers were close friends with parents and sensitive information was shared.

      Pros

      Most of the money is spent on teachers' income.

      Cons

      The northern part of the county is developed. Less so in the southern part.

      Pros

      Working as a Team was a highlight. Have developed many relationships with precious people. I love the staff and the children grow on you and you want to help them all.

      Cons

      If you don't have patience, this job is not for you!! Working with young children can be stressful and rewarding at the same time. The pay is awful but helping children is rewarding.
