The peole at Lancium are what makes this company incredible. It's a well-funded start up environment. Employees are encourged to bring ideas to the table, and executive leadership is very engaged. It's not often you see so much interaction with c-level executives. There's a hybrid work schedule.

Not many to speak of. I would say that there's not a lot of cross-departmental interaction unless you seek it out specifically.

I have been working at Lancium for almost 1 month and I can say it has truly been a great place to work! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and it has made for a seamless transition. It is also great to hear how openly the executive team is to sharing the growth and progress of the company. I'm looking forward to growing in my career at Lancium!

Lancium is a start up company and many of their policies and procedures are still being created. This does however give employees a chance to really be hands on and play a large part in the growth and development of the company.
