I have been working for this company over 2 years now and truly enjoy my work. The pay is excellent and I feel a sense of camaraderie with my co-workers. My supervisors are wonderful and I do feel valued as an employee. Getting time off has never been a problem. If I have a concern, I know who to speak with and have never felt 'brushed aside'. Benefits are very competitive overall. Fairly high medical deductible, but employer contributes to the HSA account on a weekly basis. Plan includes 100% coverage for some preventative health screenings and doctor visits; which includes dental. Vision plan is excellent. Health coverage for major medical expenses is excellent. Positive working environment for the most part. Owner of the company and most senior management are approachable and take time to listen. The truck I'm driving is being well maintained and the maintenance crew up in Williston Vermont is awesome! Distribution of runs is fair and many drivers have, for the most part, dedicated runs. Employer has been adding new trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment on a yearly basis and the company has been, and continues to grow steadily. For people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and team approach, this is a great company to work for.

No paid sick time and paid vacation time should be prorated to make it fair for all employees. The company is expanding from smallish to midsize and is experiencing some 'growing pains', which is to be expected.
