Vacation time Personal Time Work hours are not that bad

Where to begin. Definitely not what it use to be. Company takes advantage of hard working employees. Management has little skill on any of the machines so new workers never get trained properly. And the union is a big fat joke. All they care about anymore around there is how much you can kiss up to supervisors or plant manager.Hard workers get crapped on if your not sucking up all the time. Problem is they hire all management from outside which is the biggest mistake a company can make.
