Great in Theory but Operationally A Mess - Host Landing Employee Review

Hello, thank you for your thought out and thorough feedback. Your message gives Landing the opportunity to improve for you and other Hosts who work with Landing. First and foremost, we apologize for not meeting your expectations and for not providing the service you need in order to do your job well with Landing. All of the points you made to our management team is valid and is being taken seriously. Most of all, we want to apologize that you have not felt heard in the past. That is not the way we want our Hosts to feel, nor do we want that to be the truth. Your message is a catalyst for change in this area, thank you for sharing.
