I am very torn. I have been here almost a year and I took a huge pay cut and am really starting to regret it. I am struggling to stay a float but I’ve been told that nothing can be done. Sometimes communication between management is really bad. Sometimes managers don’t know how to do things or have the answers. At times they also are not available when you are in a bind and have questions.
