      * Working in Max gives you opportunity to learn and grow. * Most important you are job is secured as long as you work honestly You will get a chance to earn extra money by OT/ Cashier Allowance/Target incentives /KPI's etc.

      Cons

      Politics is everywhere in retail so does the value store do. Particular nationality majority conflict and favoritism

      Pros

      Administration (Greg,Chanita and Mary are great people.)They genuinely care about the employees. The employees are friendly and generally follow the code of teamwork makes the dream work. They each come to work bringing empathy and plenty of care.What a great place to work for❤️

      Cons

      12 hour shifts are a bit difficult but can b done🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
