      Unfortunately, for a HR company they are biased and do not judge situations individually and allow both parties to express what happened in certain situations. Also, they offer no protection for employees faced with toxic work environments if they have already formed a biased opinion.

      Flexible Hours and Scheduling - we were able to work with the schools on individual schedules that worked for us. Easy Onboarding Procedure

      Cons

      Being a staffing agency they are removed from the actual job so if there are issues at the job there may not be an easy way to resolve them.
