Pros
They are always hiring, so you can pretty much always get a job. The pay is alright, and you can get 40+ hour work weeks very easily.
Cons
The management often does not appreciate the employees very much. They tend to have a lot of favoriting, and this often gets in the way of who gets what equipment for a job. It is common for a crew that say, doesn't need hedge trimmers, to keep hedge trimmers on their truck, but the crew that needs hedge trimmers for the day would not get them--or they would get a set that barely works. Very few of the actually workers give a crap.
