Pros
If you are male, spend a lot of money within their organization, and enjoy participating and winning in motorsports then you are set. Money is okay if you are on the owner's good side. Otherwise many get two shiny dimes.
Cons
They can be cruel. I have seen them absolutely ruin people, and their reputation. When they want you out, they will come up with the most sick and twisted means to rid you from their payroll. You only see this behavior when it's slow (Jan-March). If you make it past that point, you are pretty much safe. Whatever you do, do not ever give the owners a reason to question anything about what you are doing or why, or bring any other attention to yourself, because you will most likely be next on their list. Gross and negligent behavior is often overlooked when it comes to their "favorites".
