Pros
Bus operator - Pay and benefits are really good and coworkers are a joy to work with. Training for the job was excellent. Great job.
Cons
Union infighting and administration/union relations are at times strained and difficult. Work schedule can be hard on families with small children starting out (shift work, late work, low seniority) but as time goes on schedules get better, as does vacation slots and time. Limited upward mobility.
