Good pay but low standards and high turnover - Planner Lanes Group Employee Review

Its a very if your face fits kind of place. They have a high turn over of staff. People are not reprimanded for not doing their job properly, so the standards are low. Feels more like a playground than a work place at times. People who work hard get rewarded by getting even more work whilst the others do bare minimum.
