      Pros

      Upper level management is very involved with all departments and regularly visit property locations. Accounting dept and other infrastructure, is well organized and all staff are supportive and single-minded in goals.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot provide a negative response regarding Lang. In fact, I would still be on staff had an appropriate opportunity presented itself on my established pay scale. I miss everyone there.
