      1. Using Cloud-based CAT tool (Memsource) 2. Good coordination between project mangers and translators 3. well choice of staff 4. Pre-analysis of Documents 5. Providing glossaries and full instructions of clients.

      Cons

      1. overflow of work 2. missing some of the weekends and vacations 3. needing full time typists 4. need clarification of the annual raise 5. need reviewers and feedbacks
