Pros

a little BIT higher than other free booking companies.

Cons

Staffs are experts in GASLIGHTING their teachers. -Student has an internet problem and the student complains, teacher's fault. (They would say that you have internet problem in the past so it is your fault.) - Power interruption - you used all your back ups and tell them, it's your fault that your back up is not enough. They don't even appreciate that you tried. - System error happens and it is still your fault. They have no ways to clearly diagnose what happened so they blame you for it. -They underestimate their teachers, the only nice things they could say to you are their scripted messages. High incentive BUT HARD TO REACH -impossible to achieve. - one absent and you are no longer eligible. THREE ABSENCES AND YOU ARE OUT -this company doesn't offer you career opportunities because they only care about themselves. -not stable due to inconsiderate rules. SAVE YOURSELVES AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY

Pros

Allows teachers to work online and help student brush up on their English speaking and listening skills

Cons

Insane penalties for absences (even in the case of emergencies), teachers aren't backed up by the company and the company penalizes teachers by deducting a lot from their pay, admins aren't helpful during problems and are only available during a few hours of the day, instructions and insight into individual student needs are either vague or non-existent, the pay is far too low and not worth anyone working for (especially will no prospects for a raise from 5 USD per class, their call system is sometimes faulty with students experiencing most of the problems, a huge amount of grammatical and vocabulary errors in their curriculum that can make it hard to teach smoothly and can obstruct students' learning.
