Pros
- Unlike at my previous intern, I am treated almost as equals and my contributions and input are valued by others, including the CEO, which is really great. - As opposed to doing menial tasks, as an intern I get to do an array of tasks that are actually quantifiable and fruitful. You don't really get bored at work. - Tasks are mostly assigned based on what you enjoy and/or specialize in. - There is a POC who will oversee your tasks. - You will get to learn a lot about the translations, interpreting and biopharma field. (As well as marketing!) - Small, friendly and great overall work environment. - People are from different and diverse backgrounds and you get to learn a lot about different cultures. - The CEO is an all around great guy. Speaks eloquently and is always friendly. - The office is located in a great area that is accessible by public transportation with lots of food, which is a plus.
Cons
- Equipment are quite outdated.
