Pros
I can't thank you enough for the opportunity this company gave me. I started my career here as a 22-year-old boy without any experience in teaching. Yet, the company with its amazing people accept me and nurture me until I can do my work properly. However, it wasn't as smooth as I thought. I struggled a lot at the beginning of my career here. I thought the standards were too high in terms of punctuality, workload, and SOP. Many times I thought of quitting. However, I have made up my mind that I will finish what I started. Since that moment, I tried to learn how to match the standards. Many ups and downs during my journey but I tried my best to get advice and suggestions from my trainers. One thing I understood is the standards are not too high, it's only me who is not used to it. Now, I can not work without a standard. The perks of working here are you not only get paid but also get so many valuable lessons to improve your life. I was lucky to work here and I believe that for anyone who would like to learn and develop, here is the perfect place for you.
Cons
I would not say it's a con but I found that working with people from different backgrounds is challenging. You need to understand how to treat them and sometimes you fail like for example there is a misunderstanding because people don't understand your instruction. But it's fair to say every company has its pros and cons. It depends on how you perceive it.
