Pros

The employees are some of the most hardworking, talented, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever worked with. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among the staff doing the actual work. The people—not the leadership—are what made staying even somewhat bearable.

Cons

The company has declined significantly in the last five years due to poor leadership and a toxic, outdated culture. Director-level and senior management frequently mistreat employees for petty issues like being a few minutes late, attending doctor’s appointments, or simply not fitting in with their “preferred” circle. I’ve personally been mistreated by management and have seen others berated in meetings, ignored, or pressured unfairly. Management will claim to support you during personal hardships—but later weaponize that information against you, throwing it back in your face in subtle or direct ways. The culture is rigid, patriarchal, and extremely hierarchical. Senior leadership is almost entirely male, with one token woman in management to avoid appearing like a boys’ club. Women are routinely overlooked for promotions and opportunities. If you’re not liked by upper management, you will be sidelined, no matter your work ethic or results. Employees are pressured to work from the office purely for "optics," with little regard for practicality or well-being. Expectations are vague or not communicated at all—until you’re suddenly told you’re not doing enough.
