Only wish I made a bit more money, but where is that not the case.

The company is stable and is a good starter job for the industry. There's plenty of paths for success if you show interest in learning new skills. The president is very intelligent and driven. The quarterly bonus program is a great way to reward many of the team members when the company is successful.

Pay raises are few and far between. I would go a year for a dollar. The drafting department has poor leadership, You can go months without talking to anyone. As long as your work gets done, you don't exist, especially when raises come along. Other departments are not so bad.
