Pros
The CEO (Mr. Lukowski) and the entire leadership team at LTSI are very personable, genuine, and professional. This is my first time working in a contract position. I didn't know what to expect but everyone was so patient and welcoming that I immediately new I was going to love working here. This company genuinely cares for it's employees and their families and that,s a huge deal for me personally!
Cons
Because it's an SCA position, you have to wait 12 months to earn/use PTO.
