      Great in house benefits - healthcare, office parties. Staff is friendly

      Cons

      Work is not assigned fairly. You must "promote yourself" for work to stay busy. If a manager doesn't like you, good luck getting any billable work. If you don't meet your billable hours, you get laid off.

      Pros

      The leaders truly care about the team and you can feel it throughout the firm. I also like the focus on 'Making Lives Better and Businesses Stronger'. It feels like they are always looking for ways to make this an even better place to work.

      Cons

      The pace of growth means that sometimes we outgrow our old systems before we have the new systems ready to go.
