Pros
- Some nice customers - Some colleagues are friendly
Cons
- Outdated culture, environment, and equipment (landlines, pc’s, internal systems). - Management have obtained their position through duration of employment rather than having management skills crucial to their role. - High staff sickness with a seemingly “for show” warning system in place as excessive absence results in no action taken. - No sickness or bereavement pay. - No working from home despite there being no productive outcome of 5 day a week office attendance. - No benefits or incentives, pay well below market average. - Poor location with no break area available (lunch at your desk or in car). - No recognition or reward for hard work, very “number in a machine” feel. - Extremely poor communication as the business is split across two sites. - Blame culture across departments and from management. - Unprofessional tone across all departments, nobody knows how to speak to each other with any sense of respect, including management.
