Pros
The people are great, and that is about it....You will be sorry and will be coming back here to write your own horror stories if you work at this company. Some more recent reviews praise the company but come on, who are you fooling a couple of these reviews sound like they just copied off the mission statement to make them sound good. What all these one and two star reviews are just disgruntled employees....give me a break. If you are reading this take note, you think this company turned itself around in the last four weeks, two current employees giving great reviews one day apart. Take note because this is how the company will treat you, by lying and telling you story after story...they tell so many stories they should be a children's book publisher. There is nothing I can say more that hasn't been summed up by every other low star review on this site. I can assure you the owners are clueless and will fire you and bad mouth you as you walk out the door because in their eyes they can do no wrong, it must be some other person that screwed up....never them.
Cons
The list of cons is so massive I may crash this website, here is a list of how things will go for you at this company if you take a job here....in about this order: - You will have an interview and will be excited at first until they offer you 50% less than the low end of the market - They will promise a raise in 90 days if you do good and then a raise at 1 year. This is to get you to take the job - After you sign on you will soon realise you may of made a mistake - Throughout your 90 days you will be chewed out and embarrassed by the owners in front of other employees - You will be micro-managed constantly - You ideas and creative thinking will be stifled - If you make it to your 90-day review, your performance review wont happen for weeks later if at all. If you do get your review you more than likely wont get a raise - Since your review was late you will probably be close to your 1 yr review which again will be very late. Some employees have waited 2 years for a review - If you continue employment, the stress, lies, micro-managing, and constant rule changes will slowly break you. - You will never make at or above market value for your skills. - You will be looked at as an expense, not an asset. They will gladly fire you to get someone cheaper. - You will loose your passion and drive, you will hate you job - You eventually will quit or get fired and will end up taking a job outside your talents. You will take any other job just to get away from them and slowly you will be working some crap job just to provide for you and your family. But it will be worth it just to be as far away from them as possible. - You will write a review at Glass Door You have been warned.
