No training for new management. They talk down to employees. If you do not follow along and become a “favorite” you will go nowhere. Terrible annual raises averaged at 1%. Require employees fill out an “employee promoter score” but do nothing to help the issues. High stress environment. No communication. Supervisors constantly completing most manager’s jobs and covering for their mistakes.
