      Pros

      There have been significant changes in the focus of the company over the last year. The prior CEO was energetic but had way too many priorities. The new President is way more focused on delivering the results and taking the right steps for the future. He is putting the right people in the right places for success.

      Great company to work for - high morale, generous benefits, smart & hard working coworkers.

      Pros

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
