Great company to work for - high morale, generous benefits, smart & hard working coworkers.

Can’t really think of any honestly.

Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
