      Working from home (even though they’ll constantly harass you to make the 2-hour trip into the office)

      Cons

      Management and HR are extremely close, so you have no recourse whatsoever if you’re mistreated. In fact, if you report management to HR, you’ll be the one that gets fired.

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
