Toxic workplace - Anonymous employee Last Chance Ranch Employee Review

This is the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. Staff are criminally underpaid and overworked. The board president once called an official meeting to tell a staff member that they were “a bitch” and no one else liked them.
