I had a great experience working at Lathiya Solutions under the leadership of Vijay sir. The work environment was very positive, and the team was always ready to help. As a WordPress Developer, I got to work on a variety of projects that really improved my skills. The company encourages learning and growth, and the flexible work culture made it even better.
Cons
Nothing major stood out as a negative. Maybe the onboarding process for new team members could be a bit more structured, but overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
