This organization does not care about staff and clients health and well-being. The only important issue for them is their revenues from the ndia as contractors and the executive managers to sustain their privileges. As a result, staff are treated like machines, second class, with extremely high caseloads that affect their performance. In addition, many of their most vulnerable clients have no LAC allocated to support them. This organization is a disgrace to the ndis scheme.
