      Pros

      The interview as really easy and they start of with a lot of encouragement.

      Cons

      The management in reality is aware of the really bad state of the product in market and hides it during interview process luring in applicants with promise of easy cash. But as the candidate realises the hopeless state of affairs the management builds pressure in a very unprofessional way which can simply be described as nagging and leads to no positive outcome.
