Pros

Great perks beyond free snacks! Smaller agency means more opportunities

Cons

At a smaller agency you wear many hats but that can also be a pro!

Pros

The three ad executives are savvy, smart, and kind. It is a small but powerful ad agency with creative geniuses. I loved the small family feel and the non-corporate way of doing things. They treat their employees well.

Cons

The only con for me personally was commuting. That isn't anything on the agency, of course.

We loved having you and miss you a lot! You're still part of the family - always an honorary Launcher :)

Pros

A small advertising agency with friendly people and experienced management. The Principals (management staff) are super nice, helpful, and quite hands-on. Due to the size of the agency, there is a family-like feel to the office. The management also helps to take care of its staff by providing a kitchen with free coffee & great snacks, offering free weekly yoga classes, and encouraging office camaraderie. The agency itself has won many industry awards and has an extremely talented staff. This specific position can be slightly stressful due to the amount of work and responsibility that it requires, but the work hours are normal and they don't ask you to work evenings or weekends. The Principals are also flexible and willing to help you. This position requires someone who is capable of handling several projects at the same time, very people-oriented, a fast-learner, proactive, very organized and responsible. Overall, Launch Agency is a great place to work!

Cons

Due to the size of the agency, there are not a lot of opportunities for advancement and that can sometimes lead to a higher turnover rate. Now, these next items on the list are not necessarily cons but something to consider as well. The office tends to have a younger staff and more modern vibe. Also, even though there is a lot of work to do with this position, there can be a lot of downtime during the day. This is important if you need a job with a very structured day because with this specific position, you as the employee tend to structure your own day and are given projects along the way.
