Pros
Launch is in the middle of a genuine pivot, and you can feel the focus sharpening across the business. Leadership has narrowed in on where the firm does its best work, which makes day-to-day priorities clearer and the mission easier to rally behind. The newer management team is visibly making an effort to change things — they're listening, communicating more openly, and following through on commitments rather than just talking about them. It's an encouraging place to be right now, and the direction feels right.
Cons
Any pivot brings some short-term uncertainty, and a few processes are still catching up to the new direction. These are normal growing pains, and the fact that leadership is addressing them head-on gives me confidence they'll smooth out over time.
