I have only been at Launch for a little over 6 months and for me and everyone around me it feels like I have been there for years. The amount of learning I do everyday is simply impressive. I have always been someone who likes being on the cutting edge of technologies... being in the know first. At Launch, I get that. This company is growing at rates we can't even keep up with and it's all because everyone who works here is just like me. We all feed on being the best and being the first to do or try the unexpected in the industry, which is why this company is so successful and will continue to be successful. Not only is the work rewarding, you couldn't get better co-workers. This company is a family from the CEO to the newest intern. The support and respect everyone has for one another is like no other digital company!
Cons
Launch is growing so fast and the amount of innovation happening between the office walls is very intense. For someone new to the company, your head may spin with how fast paced and how active the learning curve is. But If this is something you fuel on like me, you will jump right into everything just as fast with co-workers who are always encouraging you!
