Pros
The company cares about employee health and closely monitors the employee-client relationship. Also they provide support for english class/certifications plan. It's a good opportunity for Latin Americans to start working with US clients and improve the English.
Cons
The salary does not follow the market, after 1 or 2 years only a minimum market adjustment is made, even with 100% positive performance feedback from the client. And if the contract with a client ends, the company will not be able to retain the employee until the next allocation.
