The staff are genuinely great, but management is absolutely awful.

• The business and people were extremely poorly managed due to leadership making consistently terrible decisions with no regard for consequences. • Employees were made to suffer heavily as a result of constant poor decision making. • Long hours were regularly forced, leaving no real work life balance. • Mental health was significantly impacted in a serious and ongoing way.
