Pros
A good level of academic freedom. Family business, so you can get to know everyone. Great co-workers from all departments. Very interesting pushing boundaries in education with real-time web-based classrooms.
Cons
Pay is low. Some employees in smaller departments have their shifts change every term (5 weeks). Day, then night, then split. Unpredictable because nobody knows what their schedule will be the next term. There are several very different programs available, but administration is 'one size fits all'.
