Cons
"Leadership" treats people as resources. I've seen blatant constructive dismissal more than once. I'll not go in to the details as they are unbelievable. I saw a high performing team dismantled, because AI. Blame only goes downwards, enabled by the "yes"-men and women, too scared to raise objections otherwise be threatened with a PIP. The pressure and blame flows freely to us IC's. Burnout or performance concerns await. Zero effort to even measure diversity.
