Fantastic hours, business doesn't subscribe to bodies on seats theory. Offices in a pleasant location. Good incentive programme and good commission structure if you are a temp consultant.

Lack of leadership vision, no clear business strategy. Consistent change in direction, goals and motivations. Lack of career progression or pathway to progression on offer. Different internal policies and rules apply to different employees. Not many senior or experienced employees and management do not lead by example. Exceptionally high staff turnover, lack of communication to the business as to why turnover so high.
