Pros
Simple straightforward job with flexible hours. Join if you want to learn SEO. You can move up if you really want to. I would only recommend to a friend because it’s relatively easy to get hired, and while it’s not much of a living it can be a second job or provide some extra income for a family with a stay at home spouse.
Cons
Chaotic. Constantly changing. They basically put this into the company values as if it is a positive, but it really just makes higher ups seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. They constantly talk about how our work should be high quality and better than our competitors, but we are often pushed to write ridiculous amounts of repetitive things within a very short timeframe. We don’t get anything for our efforts but continuing to work there.
