Social alienation is the new face-to-face meeting. Nothing in place for those with mental health problems hertidary or otherwise. On boarding trainings are completed up to a year in with false and conflicting infomation. Mock positions are put into place for weak employees. Both floors smells like rotten cabbage at lunch. 1 pm lunch crew is obnoxious. The facilities coordinator is quite responsible for most of the gossip and there are extreme personal privacy issues happening in this company specifically from the H.R department. Managers are useless. Zero work life balance. Senior management looks like they might croak any second with no turnover. This companies low turnover rates are merely from instilling fear into employees and giving an above average salary. Great place for Catholics, Jewish and ugly Bettys. The president uses mind games as a way to control employees, I left this company near suicide.
