      - Majority of partners are pleasant to work with, are technically brilliant and non-hierarchial. - Some great colleagues, some who became mates.

      Cons

      - Too much power in one person's hands, who speaks to people badly,presumably because that person is seen as a rainmaker. - Didn't really feel there was a clear bonus or promotion structure.

      Pros

      People are nice, there are a variety of desks available for booking (quiet, standing, regular) and there’s free cans of fizzy drinks and fruit

      Cons

      Lacks infrastructure and policy. The firm is becoming more professionally minded with its recent growth so hopefully this will change.

      One appalling bully who is desperate to run the team she works in. She's not trusted by anyone and is deeply unpleasant.
