      Pros

      I truly enjoy the people I work with everyday.

      Cons

      As a family owed business the politics that occur are stupid. People that should be let go are kept and people that should be kept are let go. They should also be paying more because I was offered benefits as part of my pay, but I am unable to afford the benefits offered to me at my rate of pay.

      Pros

      Owner operator at Lawrence No trailer rental fee. Don't have to pay for reefer fuel. Many discounts available to owner ops fuel, insurance, shop labor etc.

      Cons

      They want owner ops to supply their own load bars, but you will end up losing your load bars in a sealed trailer that you drop in the yard for another driver to deliver. Lol

      Addresses for customers were hard to find and very little assistance from dispatchers to find them.
