we need more diversity there is not enough females and brown people.

Great community and work environment. Hours are consistent and you do not work on weekends except except during sales or big holiday shopping weekends.

There are a lot of vendors and customers to keep track of but as I was leaving they were implementing a new computer program to help with those challenges.
