Environment supportive of creative development. Employee engagement activities. Polite and professional peers and leadership. Complex and challenging projects. Everyone is willing to help each other out, for the greater progress of the whole.
Cons
Mandatory PTO is a bit abrasive. FSA needs to work like an FSA, not an "expense report" for reimbursement. The funds need to be directly spendable from some medium other than the employee's own pocket.
