family run business, greedy, family gets first chance for promotions or job postings, Absolute ZERO chances of advancements , over worked, No holidays during spring, summer and fall, Can only take time off when business is closed in December. No pay for a month and a half makes it hard for vacations at that time. Very low pay for all responsibilities. Superiority does not rule, nor does equalism. zero benefits, zero work life balance (MUST work weekends and a lot of over time)
