      You can chill in some fuctions like Business, BA, some technical teams etc. Hybrid work setup. Very good severance upon firing

      Cons

      - CXOs with no experience - CEO is known for rampant favouritism and grudges - Sinking ship, business gets smaller and riskier every year

      Cons

      Salaries will be paid on time but they don't have a budget to do new things Variable component won't be paid. Always a chance of layoffs Lack of clarity on what is expected of the team.
